We'll meet with you to talk about your property and situation, and figure out if we would be a good fit to buy your home. We don't buy every property, so there's absolutely no pressure when you talk with us. You can start the process by filling out our form that covers the basics, and we'll be in contact with you shortly.
IS IT A GOOD FIT?
After we've had a conversation about what you're trying to accomplish in your specific situation, and we've decided this could be a good fit for us, we'll visit the property. We'll be able to finish an appraisal usually within the week to help us make a final decision.
SELL TO US
Once we agree on the price, we'll work out our payment agreement and start the closing process. We normally pay all closing costs and fees. Closing usually takes less than two weeks, and we will have an attorney draw up the contract.
